Exchange & Refund [Lebanon]

• We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. 
• To initiate an exchange, please email us at sales.icecreamnfries@gmail.com or contact us at +961 81 264 231, and we will arrange for a pickup.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and labels attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that shows signs of wear, washing, or perfume. 
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
• Regrettably, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for items on promotion.
